WHAT IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE A DISCOUNT AS A VOLUNTEER ?
Many parents have asked in years past, how they could participate to help with this event. This year we are offering a $20 Discount per volunteer, per ticket, by providing an opportunity to assist in the set up and breakdown of the event. We also feel collaborating together creates a meaningful night for all involved while developing teamwork with peers and adults,
As a "volunteer" you agree to help set up the Wednesday night (05/27) before the dance- any where from 1-2 hours (from 6-9 pm) and sign up to do one small task at the end of the dance.
If for some reason you wish to apply for a discount and your student cannot attend to set up for travel distance reasons or school obligations you can sign up to bring water/ice an a snack platter instead. ​

​​Your Volunteer task should be assigned when the registration form is submitted in order to receive a discounted price. You then will be emailed a code to apply when purchasing your tickets.
