2026 Spring Formal
REGISTRATION

  1.  Once the registration form below is submitted please wait for it to be approved.

  2. Once approved you will be sent an email and given access to purchase your ticket on the "tickets" page of this website. If you choose to get a $20 discount by signing up to be a volunteer you must be assigned  that first so we know what link to send for purchasing tickets. If you do not wish to volunteer and pay the full admission please indicate this as well.

Thank you for your patience as we develop this website and the requirements necessary to put on a successful event!

RULES:

Building rules: 


There will be access to bathrooms on the first floor. 
There are places for coats and personal belongings that will be provided at check-in. 
All other floors and rooms of the Opera house will be off limits to attendees. 
No food or drink other than what is provided will be permitted.
Photo booth will be provided in a designated area for all attendees. No fee/selfies.

Rules other:
Including but not limited to:

No vandalism on premises

No smoking/vaping/using any illegal substances or alcohol

No foul language
Respectful distance and proper posture when dancing with another person.
Respectful behavior towards peers- encouraging new dancers, humbly accept turned down requests to dance, no pressuring someone to dance etc.
Respect the environment and building premises- being careful with beverages, utilizing the garbage cans provided and picking up wrappers/plates/cup when finished, reporting spills etc

Attendees will remain on the premises until the dance has concluded at 10:30pm.

Northeast Homeschool Events Spring Formal Dance Liability Waiver

Event Date: May 28, 2026

Location: Littleton Opera House, Littleton, New Hampshire

Host: Northeast Homeschool Events

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in the Spring Formal Dance involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending or participating in this event.


Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless Northeast Homeschool Events, its organizers, volunteers, food and supply donors, decoration providers, and the property owner of the event venue from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my (or my child's) participation in this event.


Medical Consent: In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the event organizers to seek appropriate medical care. I understand that I am responsible for any associated costs.


Code of Conduct: I agree to respect the event rules and will ensure that my behavior (or my child's behavior) supports a safe and positive environment for all attendees.


Photography Notice: I understand that photographs or videos may be taken during the event and may be used for promotional purposes. I grant permission for the use of such images unless I notify the organizers in writing prior to the event.


This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. If any part is found invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
